Our experienced and licensed sushi chefs work through the evening and into the night creating sushi that will meet the needs of your campus population. They work strictly following an allergen program, combined with clearly designed Standard Sanitation and Quality Assurance Operating Procedures. Each one is trained in HACCP guidelines.
Our sushi is chilled to meet HACCP and FDA guidelines, below 40°F, before it is delivered to your location. Our temperature controlled methods of delivery have proven successful for the past 5 years.
